Free Legal Services for Survivors

In 2022, our goal is to serve over 1,200 survivors who need our help to access justice, safety and hope.

With your support, we can stop violence in our communities and ensure survivors have access to the resources they need to build more hopeful and stable futures.

Your gift will give low-income survivors access to the following services at no cost to them:

• legal representation in family law court (restraining orders, custody orders...)

• safety planning

• connection to mental health services

• criminal justice advocacy

• support in navigating public benefits systems

• survivor-based immigration relief applications

• court accompaniment

• know your rights education

and additional support and advocacy tailored to each survivor's unique needs.
