Pledge to make a difference, together.
The bulk of our work treats patients with cleft lip and palate. Our cleft programme aims to treat around 1,000 people in 2018, and is carried out entirely by local Ethiopian staff.
We also run a Complex Surgical Mission once a year, in which we treat people with more complex facial conditions such as burns; tumours; noma (a type of facial gangrene); and animal attack injuries. These missions are carried out by volunteer British, Irish and French medics, most of whom work for the NHS and give up their holiday time to help us.
Fundraising for an organization will help them help the world.
