Since 1956, monthly newspaper Northern Cross has served the people of the North East, in particular those living in the Catholic diocese of Hexham and Newcastle. It publishes news and features that connect the community and aims to give a voice to those living on society's margins.

Highland Cross is a 50 mile duathlon (walking or running 20 miles and cycling 30 miles) across Scotland from Kintail to Beauly. The event is organised by volunteers to raise funds for charities across the Highlands. Since 1983, over £6.3m has been raised and distributed in full to deserving causes.

Our mission is simple- spread the life-changing Word of Christ into our community. By reaching out to the young men in our community, we aim to provide a “gang” of Christian brothers with whom they can walk through life with. We aim to teach young men how to use the tools they have been blessed with, in hopes to build and glorify the kingdom of God. We live out our mission through programs designed to attract and shape the lives of young men in our communities. Sick, injured and homeless pets have relied on us since 1897. Thousands of abandoned or unwanted, ill or injured, pets turn to us for help every year. Our doors are always open to them, and with your support, they always will be.

DAV is dedicated to a single purpose: keeping our promise to America’s veterans. We accomplish this by ensuring that veterans and their families can access the full range of benefits available to them, fighting for the interests of America’s injured heroes on Capitol Hill, providing employment resources to veterans and their families, and educating the public about the great sacrifices and needs of veterans transitioning back to civilian life.

Red Panda Network (RPN) is the world’s first nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting red pandas. We work with local communities in Nepal to serve as active partners in the conservation of wild red pandas and their habitat.

Grasmere Red Squirrels is a group of dedicated volunteers passionate about protecting red squirrels from extinction. Thanks to the group’s ongoing conservation efforts, supported by kind donations, Grasmere now has a thriving red squirrel population.

The Red Trunk Project is a cultural initiative that sparks a global dialogue based on the imperative to Respect Every Difference—the RED in Red Trunk. Our goal is to create a brighter, more inclusive future for all children, working to ensure that children better understand and empathize with their fellow citizens around the world—a simple yet powerful idea that’s more important than ever today.
