We are a proactive advocacy group dedicated to advocating for policy reforms aimed at advancing the welfare of our community. Our primary goals include pursuing comprehensive data collection and transparency metrics related to diversity within our industry, alongside our commitment to fostering education and empowerment within our workforce.
