The ECSU Foundation stewards private gifts and endowment funds for Elizabeth City State University to provide scholarships, support faculty and academic programs, and meet the university’s operational and community outreach needs. It receives, invests, and administers donated funds on behalf of ECSU to advance the institution’s educational mission.
