Pampa Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) in Pampa, TX that works with the city animal shelter to rescue, foster, and rehome homeless dogs and cats. They also run low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination programs and provide community education/support to reduce pet overpopulation.
