Watts of Power builds a pipeline of Black and other historically underrepresented educators in Los Angeles by recruiting, training and providing wrap‑around supports (housing, stipends, mentorship and culturally grounded professional development) so aspiring teachers — especially Black men and foster‑youth‑impacted young people — can complete credentialing and stay teaching in their communities.
