Grand Vision Foundation operates local performing-arts venues and music-education programs to engage and inspire the Los Angeles Harbor / South Bay community. It focuses on culturally inclusive concerts, community events, and in-school music education centered around the Warner Grand Theatre and the Grand Annex.
