The Armenian Relief Society of Western USA provides local social and mental-health services, educational programs (including scholarships and Saturday/one-day schools), and humanitarian aid—both regionally and internationally—to Armenians and others in need. It also promotes Armenian language and culture and organizes community-support and disaster-relief efforts.
