First Place for Youth helps transition-age foster youth (typically ages 16–25) move to self-sufficiency by providing stable, supported housing paired with intensive case management, education and employment coaching. They operate the My First Place™ transitional housing program and also work on research, policy, and network partnerships to improve systems that serve former foster youth.
