Your generous support will help, International HELP, as we are planning to implement 2 new initial trainings as well as 3 advanced certifications with our community health workers across Uganda, Zimbabwe, and Sierra Leone.

About Our Mission

International Health Education For Local People is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of training local Community Health Workers with essential health knowledge and skills. Our goal is to empower these individuals to improve the health of their communities, leading to the ultimate vision of eradicating preventable diseases in underprivileged areas worldwide. By Educating, Empowering, and Equipping local health leaders, we are confident that their efforts will transform the health landscape of their communities.

Purpose of the Fundraiser

This fundraiser is designed to gather funds for the implementation of our community health workers training in 2025. In Uganda, we aim to launch an initial training program as well as an advanced nutrition training initiative. Our efforts in Zimbabwe will focus on providing advanced maternal health training for our current health workers, ensuring that maternal health outcomes improve in these communities. Additionally, in Sierra Leone, your donations will support our initial community health worker training program, setting the foundation for ongoing health improvements.

Every dollar raised will be used to help provide training materials and medical supplies for our community health workers, as well as help with travel expenses for our team. This will provide us the ability to help create sustainable health interventions and work towards the end of preventable diseases. With your support, we can ignite a wave of change that will echo throughout generations, creating healthier and empowered communities.
