Disability Options Network (DON) is preparing for two Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Celebrations in 2025. These events celebrate the important milestone that the ADA represents.

We respectfully request your participation as a sponsor for these meaningful community events. Below are the details:

•Saturday, July 26, 2025: Cascade Park (1928 E Washington Street, New Castle, PA16101), from 4-9 p.m.

•Friday, August 15, 2025: Hempfield Township Park, Pavilion D (220 Forbes TrailRoad, Greensburg, PA 15601), from 4-9 p.m.

The ADA Celebrations are open to all and designed to be inclusive, with activities for every age and interest. These free events will feature a live band, activities for children, complimentary food, and a fireworks show. In addition, the celebrations will offer important resources and information on disability rights and advocacy.

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, DON is pleased to inform you that sponsorship donations may qualify for tax exemptions. Furthermore, we provide several donation tiers that offer increased visibility in recognition of your generous support.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS: 

PLATINUM - $10,000

As a Platinum sponsor, you will receive prominent recognition, including your company logo featured on flyers and print advertisements, as well as on staff T-shirts. You will receive at least twenty social media mentions and your company will be announced over the PA system at least six times during each festival. Your logo will be prominently displayed—large and centered—on the event banner, and your company logo and description will be listed on the event website under the Platinum section. Additionally, you will receive media recognition through radio, television, news advertising, and all press releases.

DIAMOND - $5,000

As a Diamond sponsor, your company will receive significant exposure, including your company logo displayed on staff T-shirts and prominently featured—large and centered—on the event banner. You will receive at least ten social media mentions, and your company will be announced over the PA system a minimum of four times at each festival. Additionally, your company logo will be listed on the event website under the Diamond section.

GOLD - $2,500

As a Gold sponsor, your company will receive valuable recognition, including social media mentions and several announcements over the PA system during the event. Your logo will be displayed on the event banner in a medium size, aligned to either the left or right. Additionally, your company logo will be featured on the event website under the Gold section. 

SILVER - $1,000

As a Silver sponsor, your company will be acknowledged by several announcements over the PA system during the event. Your logo will be displayed on the event banner in a medium size, aligned to either the left or right. Additionally, your company logo will be listed on the event website under the Silver section. 

BRONZE - $500

As a Bronze sponsor, your company will receive recognition with your logo displayed on the event banner in a small size, aligned to either the left or right. Your company logo will also be listed on the event website under the Bronze section.

DON is excited to offer a variety of sponsorship levels that help increase your company’s visibility while recognizing your generous support. If you or your company is unable to reach a certain donation level, please be assured that any donation, no matter the amount, will have a significant impact on the success of these events. In addition to financial donations, we also accept in-kind contributions, and the value of these donations will be applied toward the sponsorship levels. Your support is greatly appreciated, and every bit helps in making these events a success!
