Ariel's Birthday "Party" - Feeding 100 Families with Friends In Deed

Hi Friends !

In lieu of having a birthday party this year, I'm organizing a food drive to help low-income families impacted by COVID. Please consider making a small donation and help me celebrate my 29th birthday by making food available to the hungry :)

We are collecting food and donations for Friends In Deed, a local food pantry in Pasadena that is close to my family and heart.

My brother Leon has been volunteering at FID for the past 4 years, serving thousands of low-income and homeless individuals in the Pasadena area. 

Since the pandemic, there has been 100+ new families going to the pantry on a regular basis.  Resources and volunteer efforts have been constrained -- and they really need help. 

From my birthday Jan 6th to Jan 20th, I'm asking my friends, colleagues and kind souls of my social networks to help us reach our goal $1,658.00 to affording the shopping list (attached). 

In lieu of having a 'birthday drink' or coffee together, please consider donating  -- something dear to my heart and meaningful personally to me :)

If you donate, I will take you out for a real coffee or drink after the pandemic is over too !
