Join us in this fun and engaging fundraising activity in which we encourage employees to wear your ugliest sweater and ask your fellow employees and others to make a financial donation in support of Save the Children. This tradition started within our Deltek UK and Nordic offices in prior years, but it is now a global activity across all of Deltek. This global campaign will end December 31, 2025.

It’s super-simple to participate:

1. Create your ugly sweater or Christmas Jumper. We're asking anyone who takes part to avoid buying a new jumper/sweater. Instead, you can craft an old jumper, buy from a charity/thrift shop or do a clothes swap with a friend. We recognize the diversity of observances so your clothing does not have to reflect a Christmas theme. You can consider using seasonal and/or whimsical themes
2. Make a donation to Save the Children and share your efforts with others asking for donations to Save the Children by December 31, 2025                                                                   

            - For employees in India, you may use this site to donate in your local currency.

            - For employees in the Philippines, you may use this site to donate in your local currency.

             - All other employees: Donate using the link found here. 

     3. Take a picture of yourself in your ugly sweater/jumper. Feel free to take individual photographs and/or host an in-person or virtual event with others. We encourage you to post your photos in the Deltek Health, Well-Living, and Giving MS Teams Channel.
