Beginning this holiday season, help us Dream Big for Brain Health.
Ping Pong for Good (PPG) was built on a simple belief: movement, connection, and joy can change a life.
And every week, we see it happen.
Someone walks into class feeling unsteady, isolated, or unsure of what they can still do. An hour later, they’re laughing, moving more freely, connecting with others, and leaving with a little more hope (and ping pong playing skill!) than they came in with.
These are the moments your support makes possible.
PPG transforms ping pong into a therapeutic, brain-healthy activity for older adults and people living with Parkinson’s, MS, dementia, stroke, and other neurological conditions. Through the joy of play, our classes help improve balance, coordination, confidence, and community, often in ways that surprise even the participants themselves.
This year, we’re inviting you to Dream Big for Brain Health.
With national attention on table tennis rising, including the December 25th release of the new film Marty Supreme, we’re using this moment to shine a light on what really matters: helping people stay active, connected, and supported as they age.
Earlier this month, NBC highlighted our Bay Area program at 888 Table Tennis, capturing the heart of this work — people moving together, supporting each other, and rediscovering joy.
