Welcome to the Mary Keane Parent Training & Support Fund fundraiser, supporting You Gotta Believe - Adopting Older Kids and Youth. Our mission at You Gotta Believe (YGB) is to ensure that no young adult, teen, or pre-teen ages out of the foster care system without the support and love of a permanent family. We specialize in finding these forever families by helping youth reconnect with their families of origin, other significant individuals in their lives, or new families committed to providing unconditional lifetime support. We recruit, train, certify, and license parents for this very purpose and pledge ongoing support as long as needed.

After two decades of unwavering dedication to foster youth and their families, we are honored to celebrate the retirement of our beloved colleague, Senior Advisor, and all-around incredible human being, Mary Keane.

Mary has been a guiding light at YGB since 2004, helping countless families achieve permanency and empowering parents to become their best selves. Her work has profoundly shaped our community, leaving an indelible mark that will forever influence our mission. As a parent to over two dozen teens—many of whom are now parents themselves—Mary's commitment to family is as personal as it is professional.

While it may be impossible to replace Mary, we believe that the best way to honor her is by continuing the invaluable work she champions. With your generous support, we aspire to expand and enhance YGB’s parent training programs, ensuring that Mary’s dream of permanency and robust parental support endures.
