Get Construction Talking

We’re using the power of The B1M and Procore to raise awareness of mental health in construction. We’re here to break the stigma, get millions talking, and to lift-up and raise $1M for charities working to improve mental health in construction.

On the whole, construction struggles with mental health more than any other industry. Tackling the issue is complex, but one of the most simple things that we can all start doing today is talking. 

If we can all become more aware of mental health, normalise conversations around it, look to spot the signs in our colleagues that something might not be right and point them in the direction of support, then we can collectively start to move the dial on this issue at the grassroots level. 

We're lifting up the great work of existing construction mental health charities and providing them with the resources to help more people. We welcome donations of any amount from people or organisations who would like to help to improve mental health in construction. 

Donations from this campaign will be distributed to our five charity partners:

• Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP) (US)
• Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity (UK and Ireland)
• Construction Sport (UK)
• Mates in Mind (UK)
• Mates in Construction (Australia and New Zealand)
