help victims of trebble accident

please sos sos sos os so sos sos os help help  help help emergancy quickly the unjustechis's there is a way to help correcct this situation for the good people involved taht just keep getting cut down at every turn raising money so they can pay for a lawyer  trile is next week friday the 5 2024 and medical exspences that conveniently cancled  insurance payments so its not canceled as well unjust infraction and cort dates to keep there insurance to not be so astronomicaly high that they will not be able to aford to drive in this provence ever therefor not able to get a job to suport themself and there family and bills while waiting for government funding to give some sort of relife help help help no income for 3/4 months can will and has takeing life away help save these people from killing themselfs adding more victoms to this terible tragedy all the tactics like   then waited to tell the emploess for weeks so as to cause way more distress and anxiety applying and waiting for other government benefit plans that also take weeks to come throgh all the while nothing gets paid lossing there place of residence there insurance is so high they can not fford to drive and no credit after its destroyed from unpaid bills left homless and jobless with no prospects of anything back to even an mediocre lfe   were cancled  stand up for what is right dont let another  big powerful coperations / dealership  sweap yet another case under the rug intend of doing something about it i ahve found a lawyer that is very confient  putting countless amounts of ppunishing the ones involved making there lives miserable for no reasson awe are all been messed around given a schripted s  to play whatever the coperaton wants you to do terrified tshif the hold event in its enteraty is so so so traumatizing  what so ever constenly see the victomes get a recap of the situation and all the unjustifiably horrid action from the people taht are supposed to bether to protect you but instend look for every opertunity  I was in an accident coming home after my shift at work, my long time friend Jamie and i had resently reconected he was with me in the vehica  

I useually park at the back of my building but there was someone blocking went to park at the frount was bscking into the spot like i have done thousands of times, was pretty much parked just taped the break to go the extra foot and my jeep rapidly accelerated, lerching into the building which it had done before and i ha reported to the delership each time they were not at all worried it was a commen occurrence   and was told that they just had to do a software update not to worry so  to my knowlage this was completed each time but when I would get the monthly diagnostics report there was never a mention of it on the report I question the dealership each time this happend cause to me think that tmaybe  the software update was clearly not working and maybe i should bring it in but each time they said no there is no reason to they can do all updates and further investigations of the computer remotely so as I am not a mechanic I believed they know what needs to be done.

however on this day April 29, 2024 when backing into my spot at the frount of the building almost parked just tape the gas to go the last foot and put it in park my jeep then rapidly accelerated crashing through the glass doorand window and   next thing Iknew I found myself in the livinngroom of the apartment extremly confused and terified i can just remember hearing all this screaming and I was looking for the lady that lived in that apartment has we all know eachother quite well having lived there for a number of years  I was trying to call the police couldnt get my phone to work evenuttally did get through as well as the ladys daughter calling over and over but i was shaking so badly and trying to find everyone or something i was so scared someone was under the jeep I didnt know  what to do everyone coming to see as i live in a small town.

the police finally got there after what seemed like an eternity I just remember asking if anyone s hurt I didnt knw if I was I couldnt feel or remember much as iI was apperently in major shcok a short time after then i was iformed  luckaly no one was seriously injured i do remember this one officer rushing up on me  out of no where im still very disoriented  confusded I dont know   whats happend in shock he grabbed me and started shouting just ridiculous accusations, few other cops backed him off me and I did interview and everything was very cooperative as did the best I could went through my hole day not much to say as I was coming home from my shift with my full time client I had been working with and taking care of for many many  years .

I work as an in home health care aid  specializ in working  with the severely disabled.

I was cleared of any accusations that horrible officer was yelling I cant remember exactly due to head trama what he said but seeing as I do not even drink hardly take an advil unless absolutely have to I was not conserned about anything other then asked if anyone was hurt over and over never been so terrifed in my life i thought for sure  the little grandchild was trapped under the jeep and very conserned as to why and how and what happend   

 it was an accident I was aloud to go home no ticket wher issued  give n but that one officer was still carrying on saying he was goin to impounded my jeep for investigations even though it was already at my address and the tow truck and i mpound lot was 2 blockes away  again costing unessassary expencese so bills bounsed so many NSF fees that keep coming inspit of conctently having pices hairasssing  veral of his colleagues had even questioned him he came over throwing a paper at me that he was susspending my license for 24 hours and i could pick it up at the station the following day which then ment 2 days after as this insedent took place just after business 

hours, but beening in shock I Dont know when I picked it up as the next at lest few weeks arent very clear bit it was that week I went to the station fully expecting to be chargerd for something I dont know how everything works as this is my first accident but I was not I went tothe station and they just hanneded me my  drivers license back no fine no tickets no mention of a charge or fee of any kind so i went home still had to deal with getting my jeep out of the impound  I habve never made aclam before to my insurance company I never had a ticket before just one camera ticket were i was 3km over when the hwy changes from 110 to 100 ging into Calgary so I really  dont know anything as to what my rights are or what I should be asking my insuerance nothing  so I carry on figuering it all out cost me hundreds of dollars just to get my jeep out of the impound drive back to my residences 2 blockes away like ould walk faster then it took to  hook the jeep up  up or load it Im not sure what the prosses was I justknow it cost me my rent and bills for 2 blocks we still do not have a police report from the horidley insensitive officer that maybe should consider looking for a filed of work better suited for bullys on the play ground cause thats excately what he is 

I found it strange  that i had not heard  anything about a police report as both my landlordad insurance companies are asking daily so the clam can start and get repairs going but each time I  went to the station to  get the report I was always told some  obvious fauls untrue story one anfter another for   weeks. find out that company i work for was kind enough to cancel employee short tream disability benifits so no compensation or compation ithey just smercked and sent me a bill to pay my benifits that apperently they just keep canceling sections out and still chageing for full packege poketing more money from there employees they have  the daqnage to familys is abysmal caused employees heart attack strock high blood presser having to ware a heart monitor monthly cause of the irregular heart beat cause dizzieness fanting black out sleep disorders eventually leading to beening up on short trem disability to recover from there costent harrassment and unwillingness to work together usualy its the other way around but not them i have never seen a copany work so hard at not working together in my life they intently sabotage hard working individuals who would ike nothing more then to make a positive impact on the clients gain some better knowledge and understanding of the industry ut no the company dose everything to hepl facilitate the excact opposite well givingthe physically effecting them in all kinds of ways that bulling does to a peron distroing there lives just caues they can and the killer part is they enjoy every minute of it you can see it all over there faces its sick what kind of  horribel human bean do you hve to be to enjoy that kind of situation oh what the natzi they enjoyed reuening good peoples lives watching the suffer slowly as there intier lives that we all strugle to have crumble around them enjoying every minute as they have a full on nervous breakdown  mental health issues physical and social therpy  andencourage any employees thatbhave the unfortunateexcpereance of working with sure horendus inhumane people that work in an indsutery where they can take full advantage of the already severly disadvantage  disabled induviduals its a good thing that karma is real and that there is a special place in hell for thise kind of pleople and there unfortunate offspring for generations to come till the evil has been bead out of there liniage or karmic debt has been paid for all the family and induviduals they had   givein  zero compation or suport they dont follow any of there own policys set in place to help suport and  way whatso ever after woirking ther for many meny years despite  the companys constent in aility to work with employees  that actually do care and put the effort forth to work through all the issue s taht come up daily when trying to care for the clients genuinely want to do there job and do it well all within the spectrum  of positive out comes for the clients improving the cuality of life 

so  later that week ts beenalmost three weeks at this point as I had not gotten anything nor was I getting anywhere with the police every time I went to the staion  they kept telling me they cant find it for days my land lord went to ask for it so she could get the building repsierd as well as get the lady back in her residence as soon as possible but she was getting the same thing story after story. 

eventually then the officer was there one of the days I went into the staion same uncalled for hostillity and plain rude just ignorant  and i have been nothing but cooerperitave with them he came out agressive agin I dont know why but I found very strange when i inquired about the report he said laughing that oh he didnt do it he had gone on holidays and I would get it when he has time to do it,, I then repiled thank you its just that my landlord  and he cut me off i know i know for the insurance  clam to start and then said agin when I have timr to finish it everyone will get a copy ... whch to this day i have not seen .. he then laughed turned around and told me oh actually you  wait  right there luaghing agin as he walked away a long time after he came back with a piece  of paper in his had and my license  all  smilles till he looked down at the paper and said oh oh sorry your this has your wrong name on it so strasnge he agan took a very long time said they whoever wrote the ticket (clearly he had just writen it up himself) had my maiden name(Niemiec) on it also strange as it is not only an unusual   uncommon  hard to even pronounce name never met anyone with the same last name as me in 40 years  I do not know who this officer is never met him before never been in trubble for anything and non of my ID's have my maden name on it as my last name had changed almost 2 years ago now  so im not sure how he would know what it was previously as everyone that knows me in town my last name has always been (Flowers) he then hands me a ticket with the max charge on it the max demarit points on it laughs and walked away 

and this is weeks later he alof a sudden writes me up for the max punishment that he possibly could and six demerits ive never even had a ticket of any kind before i am a very cautious driver  

i keep to myself i work as much as i can beening a singal mum never had any sort of invalvment or support from the other biological half  I have no family its just been myself and my daughter and i work very very hard for her to have a better life then me, i do everything i can to support her to have every opertunity she had or has to persuae her interest and is currently living abroud going to school which i fully suport there for i have to work every job i can to do so aka my life is nothing but work i barley have enough to buy food so she can have a better life 

because i had an accident many good people have everyday im no different but because of this officer idk cost me so much im about to be homeless i couldnt pay my rent and bills having a tottal nervous breakdown my doctor put me on medical leave sooo not helping now im under all these restrictions i cant do anything find out that the company i work for waited weeks after watching me fillout and submit paperwork 

that they had  canacled our disability benefits 

putting me further in the hole i still have not had any income since the accident savings is gone still dont have a vehical dont know when i will get it back not thhat it matters i cant afford  not only the gas to drive but if i get all six demarits illl never be able to aford the insuerance 

in a provence that has next to nothing for publice transportation and living in a small town there is zero there is 2 taxi cabs here which are always booked and way to expense te average working person cant afford 

this hole experience has just been one long ongoing nightmare after another i dont know what to do please i hope there is some way to at lest have the sevaerity of this charge decresed so i may have a chance of at lest still having a vehicle i need to work triple hard now 

please there is somethings that can be done to minamiz all who have been impacted we need money to hire a lawyer that has agreed to take on this case for a fllat rate start to finish he will deal with the cops and dealership insurace companies are refusing to close the clam and pay out any moneys to the victims of this horrible accident due to the fact that the abusive officer that had unfouned ridiculous accusations / assumptions treating everyone like harden crimanals when in fact everyone involved are very good upstanding kind hardworki people isted get man handled and threating from the start 

 harassment absiloutle no care and consern for anyone when all are claerly in shock trying to figur out what happend why how just wanted anwsers but instend are me with agress hostility and threats 

help help help help help please in the name of christ help stop this horible harrassment treament that thses companys and cororations keep getting away with save lives dont add to the body cunt of this terrible accident 

dont let one accident only accident destroy so meny more
