Yet many LGBTQ individuals—especially transgender people, drag artists transitioning into traditional careers, young adults, and those rebuilding their lives—continue to face barriers to finding safe, affirming, and sustainable employment.

Hire With Pride was created by The Harrilal Foundation to help change that.

Through partnerships with local businesses throughout Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, and South Florida, we are working to create meaningful employment opportunities while helping employers build more inclusive workplaces.
