We are the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation, a statewide organization that helps people in need access healthcare. We provide healthcare (vision and hearing) access to those in need in all parts of the state of Oregon - rural, coastal, suburban and urban. In partnership with Lions, we assist community members, families, children with vision and hearing care.

OLSHF operates the following programs, helping children, adults and seniors in Oregon and around the world:

·       Roar! Hearing Assistance Program supplies qualified applicants with exams and new digital hearing aids.

·       Patient Care Program assists Oregonians to receive sight and hearing saving surgery and treatment.

·       School Vision Screening annually provides almost 200,000 students with state of the art, objective screenings, offering resources to families and schools for follow up care.

·       Lions Eyeglass Assistance Program (LEAP) and Optical Finishing Lab provides adults and children assistance with eye exams and new eyeglasses. The Lab, created in 2015, is the first charitable optical lab of its kind in the US, edging high quality, low cost frames and lenses.

·       The Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center partners with Lions Clubs to collect and warehouse over 100,000 pairs of donated eyeglasses annually.  These glasses are sent on sight missions worldwide.  

·       The Lions Low Vision Clinic helps children with multiple physical and/or mental challenges with exams and assistive devices.
