Kendra Flowers, Interim Executive Director of the Harmony Health Foundation, is taking on the Hot Wings Challenge, hosted by Jay Hogan at Hot Wings & Dental Things, to raise $10,000 in support of equitable access to oral and overall healthcare.
We’re turning up the heat — and updating the challenge!
Originally, Kendra Flowers planned to eat one wing for every $5,000 raised. But in true Harmony Health fashion, we’ve made it even more exciting (and spicier)!
The Hot Wings Challenge now features a progressive 10-wing scale, increasing in both donation level and heat intensity — from $500 to $10,000 total — to support the Harmony Health Foundation’s mission of expanding oral-health access for individuals with disabilities, aging adults, and underserved communities.
Kendra will take on 10 wings, with each one getting hotter as donations climb toward our goal:

We’re excited to share a quick update on the Hot Wings Challenge benefiting Harmony Health Foundation.
Thanks to your incredible support, we’ve officially released Wings 1–3, and we’re thrilled to share that we are currently at $10,000 raised! 🎉🔥
As a reminder, we recently updated the original challenge format (previously one wing per $5,000) to a progressive scale starting at $500, allowing us to release videos more frequently and keep the momentum going as donations grow.
