Invest in the Next Generation of Health Equity Leaders

Across Stanislaus County, students are working to address some of the most pressing issues affecting our communities—health inequities, access to resources, and opportunities for healing and connection.

Many of these students are deeply committed to making a difference, yet the projects they lead often go unsupported. Community outreach, storytelling initiatives, health education events, and research projects frequently rely on the personal time and financial sacrifice of students who care about creating change.

Through An Insightful Journey (AIJ), we mentor students who are working to improve community health and well-being. Our new Community Impact Fellows Fund will provide micro-grants, mentorship, and project support so students from diverse backgrounds can implement initiatives that directly benefit communities across Stanislaus County.

These funds will help students purchase project materials, host community events, conduct outreach, and make an impact.
