This Holiday Season, You are Giving Peace: Across the world, women are mediating ceasefires, protecting survivors, responding to disasters, sustaining communities, and rebuilding lives in the face of unimaginable challenges. Yet these leaders continue to receive less than 1% of global aid, not because their work is ineffective, but because it has not been valued or resourced at scale.

WPHF is working to change that. Since 2016, WPHF has funded more than 1650 local women-led organizations, supporting over 1 million women and girls with protection, livelihoods, leadership opportunities, and crisis response. Your support fuels women’s expertise, their solutions, and their ability to transform conflict-affected communities from the ground up.

Women like Fajer Rabia Pasha: When conflict and displacement pushed millions of girls out of school, she refused to stand by. With direct WPHF support, the Pakistan Alliance for Girls Education is providing safety, learning, and dignity to Afghan refugee girls offering language classes, non-formal education, and pathways to economic independence for women and girls who would otherwise be left behind.
