Thirteen years ago, one girl made room for girls like her to lead. Founded in 2013 at Westlake High School by a Black teenage girl, BEE Club began with a vision to create a space where girls could belong, find their voices, and lead. Today, that vision has reached more than 850 girls, and more than 240 have served in a BEE Club leadership role. Among 114 alumnae leaders surveyed, 100% graduated high school and 97% enrolled in college. And a new generation is making that space their own. Thirteen years gave us the evidence. This generation is giving us the momentum.

Our girls aren't waiting for permission to lead. They're balancing school, preparing for their futures, building friendships, and discovering the change they want to create in their communities.

When we ask what they want from BEE Club, their answers are clear: confidence to use their voices, meaningful relationships, opportunities to lead, and pathways to college and careers.

They want to plan, speak, connect, create, advocate, serve, and lead. They already have the ambition. Your investment helps make the opportunities possible.

Through our BEEYOND Leaders Program, girls put leadership into practice through experiences that connect them to their power, purpose, and platform.

• Peer Leadership Labs: Opportunities for girls to develop their voices, practice leadership, and lead activities.
• Community Workshops: Meaningful connections with women professionals, mentors, and career pathways.
• Sisterhood & Service: Chapter experiences, BEE Week, and girl-led community projects.
• College & Career Readiness: Field experiences and the Honey BEE Summer Intensive, where girls build skills for their next chapter.
