Who we are:

The Lupine School started as a nature-based farm preschool in 2018 and after a great demand from the community, added a Kindergarten class in 2023. The demand to add more grades persisted, so a group of teachers, parents, and members of the community formed the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Lupine Community School to continue to expand the inclusive, student-centered education model to include grades K-5.

Why we are fundraising:

Lupine has rented a space for our school since 2018 and to be able to expand to include grades K-5, we moved to a new location. We have purchased a beautiful, centrally located 7 acre parcel; the perfect property for our nonprofit nature-based farm school! 
We need your help to raise funds in order to complete the opening of Lupine Community School for the 2025-2026 school year and share our model for sustainable, creative, inclusive, and compassionate education with our community. With the creation of the school, it will also allow us to work closely with local organizations to pilot research into our methods so that we can increase access for all children.

We greatly appreciate all contributions large or small - at whatever time interval works best for you (one-time, monthly, quarterly or yearly). Once we've reached our opening goals your contributions, if you choose to continue donating, will roll over to our general fundraising efforts for operational expenses. Keeping operation expenses low will greatly impact tuition prices and make this program more equitable for all students.
