* Miles run last week (10/23 - 10/29): 63.57 miles
* Miles run last month (October): 306.66 miles
* Pledge Formula: ($__.__ I wish to donate per mile) x ( ____ Miles Connor Ran in a Week or Month) = _____.
As a college runner, I anticipate running approximately 60-80 miles per week from now until early November. I want to make those miles mean more than a meaningless number. I encourage people to donate money to the Project Healthy Children Organization on either a weekly pledge or monthly pledge based on the number of miles I run in a given week or month. Whether you choose to donate on a weekly or monthly basis is entirely up to you. Weekly provides more financial flexibility as one can change the amount they donate weekly, and won't be as large of a financial withdrawal at once. Monthly, on the other hand, requires less action since a person must only go in one time per month to manually enter the corresponding amount they would like to donate based on their financial pledge. One-off donations are also welcome, as are set monthly recurring donations. However, research has demonstrated that pledges and a sense of community that result from them typically result in more effective fundraising over time. Every Monday, I will update at the top of this page the miles I ran the previous week, and on the first of each month, I will update how many miles I ran the previous month.

Hello all,
This past week I moved back into my school, Earlham College in Richmond, IN, ahead of the fall semester and cross country season. Having nearly a whole week of training camp allowed me to double down on running (and recovering from it!) resulting in my highest mileage week ever (80 miles)! But let's use this otherwise meaningless milestone to bring a difference in people's lives. Please donate what you can, which will hopefully be more for my pledge contributors this week. For my one time donation folks and those who are new here, keep in mind that $1.32 fortifies food for one person for a whole year. How many lives can we help? To follow along what my life looks like as I try to run these miles, you can also check out my YouTube channel here: youtube.com where I'll also attempt to plug this campaign regularly. I hope everyone's week is off to a great start.
Be happy and be the good the world needs,
Connor
