When testicular cancer is caught early, outcomes are highly favorable. That is not the case for everyone, which is why the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation is dedicated to efforts that raise awareness, promote early detection, and support men and families impacted by this disease.

Your pledge directly supports TCAF’s vital programs, including:
💜 Academic Education Program – Providing schools and communities with TCAF's educational program on testicular cancer awareness and self-exams.
💜 Centers of Excellence Program – Partnering with leading hospitals and clinics to ensure the best possible care and outcomes for patients.
💜 Financial Assistance Program – Providing patients and their families with grants to pay mortgage/rent, grocery/gas gift cards, auto payments, and more.
💜 Outreach & Awareness Program – Empowering men to perform monthly self-exams and know the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer.
💜 Patient & Survivorship Research Studies – Advancing research on quality of life, recurrence, and survivorship.
💜 Testicular Cancer Conferences – Bringing together patients, survivors, families, and medical experts to share hope and knowledge.

The Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation was founded following the story of Jordan Jones, who was diagnosed with late-stage testicular cancer at just 13. Despite overwhelming odds, Jordan fought courageously, going through multiple surgeries and rounds of chemotherapy, and returned to the football field determined to live life to the fullest. Inspired by his strength and compassion, his mother founded the organization in 2009 to raise awareness, promote early detection, and support others facing this disease. Jordan relapsed in 2015 and continued to fight for another year before passing in 2016. His legacy of hope, faith, and resilience continues to inspire countless lives.

Today, the organization educates the public about the importance of awareness and early detection through regular self-exams, supports patients, survivors, and caregivers, connects medical experts, and works to reduce the stigma surrounding testicular cancer. This work continues to focus on earlier diagnoses and better outcomes.

In addition to patient support, it serves as a resource for medical professionals by connecting doctors across the United States and internationally to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and collaborate on improving care. Partnerships with pharmaceutical companies also help expand access to new treatments, clinical trials, and emerging resources, ultimately improving care and quality of life for those affected. Through these connections, Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation helps improve care quality and enhance the lives of those affected by testicular cancer.

Early detection saves lives. With greater awareness, more men can catch this disease before it spreads and help change the conversation around testicular cancer.

Join the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation in the fight. Let’s tackle testicular cancer together. 💜
