Stand Together Bay Area Fund

The Bay Area is built on diversity, resilience, and community. Right now, immigrant families across our region are facing unprecedented hardship due to aggressive immigration enforcement. In response, the San Francisco Foundation—partnering with Bay Area mayors, community leaders, and nonprofit organizations—has launched the Stand Together Bay Area Fund to raise $10 million in urgent financial assistance for families in need. 

Many immigrant families are grappling with the threat of detention, deportation, violence, and the fear of immigration raids. These communities, integral to the Bay Area’s social and economic fabric, need our help now more than ever. The Stand Together Bay Area Fund provides direct emergency grants to trusted, local nonprofit organizations, ensuring families receive essential assistance for rent, food, and basic living expenses—helping them remain safe and secure.
