About This Fundraiser
Help us make the school year extra special for our students and teachers in TK - 4th grade!
After requests from the community, we’re moving to a one-time tax-deductible contribution to the Class Fund, which will be used throughout the school year to support classroom needs, celebrations, and special moments. By contributing once at the beginning of the year, families can help ensure the classes have the resources they need all year long—without repeated asks for individual activities or celebrations. And - your donation could be matched by your employer!
The suggested donation is $100 per child.
Cash and checks are also accepted and can be turned into the office. Or you can choose to send a Zelle to friendsofshortavenue@gmail.com
Don’t forget - these funds can also be matched by your employer and your gift could go twice as far!

Class Funds can help provide snacks, crafts, decorations, activities, and supplies for classroom celebrations, beloved school traditions, grade-specific milestone days like the 100th Day of School, International Feast, Wonka Day, Living Gallery and more.
Student Support & Encouragement
Providing thoughtful extras that help students and teachers feel supported during important moments in the school year—such as snacks during state testing, special projects, or other grade-level activities and milestones.
