How much would someone have to pay you to do the Penguin Dip?? (FYI, it's going to charity)

A NOTL tradition for over 40 years, the Penguin Dip is one of the crazier cold plunges out there. It's not about 1 dip in the cold waters of the Niagara River, it's a total of 3 consecutive dips and to say the least, it is not for the faint of heart. The Penguin Dip has always raised funds for our local charity, Red Roof Retreat. This year we are encouraging people to join the team and take the plunge (well 3 plunges) and do so while trying to raise a little money for a great cause. 

Join the team, challenge a friend or family member, and help raise some money for the annual Penguin Dip on December 26th (Boxing Day). 

It all goes down at 1 pm at Balls Beach, 90 River Beach Drive, NOTL. 

What you need to know

• There will be a heated cube truck to change in at the beach.
• Due to ice and rocks please wear safe footwear (no bare feet).
• Have to go in the water 3X: 1st dip all go in, 2nd dip head under, and 3rd dip stay in for a group photo.
