Ty's Story

"Ty" is quite the handsome man.  His family was looking for a forever home when he needed to be retired from his roping career.  Despite being the largest horse in the barn, he really is quite the wuss.  First afraid of birds, then a butterfly, and trail riding isn’t really his "thing". Despite his fears, he’s become a good arena horse and helps with the program.  "Ty" has had a rough time overcoming an injured suspensory, but true to form he beat the odds and overcame his injury.  Having injured his suspensory twice by kicking the inside of his front leg, we have been able to help him recover by the use of "Red Light Therapy" (thank you for those cans and bottles), physical therapy, and supplements.  As long as "Ty" is comfortable and sound (he does have some issues from his past hard life but it is mechanical) he gets to have a cushy life with us.   For those willing to put in the effort and spend the time, "Ty" is an honest and dependable partner loved by many.
