What if a simple Hope Box could change a life?

The U MATTER HOPE BOX was created with one mission: to bring light to those facing darkness. Whether it’s someone dealing with mental health challenges, grief, loneliness, or silent struggles they can't put into words, these boxes are a tangible reminder that they are not alone — they matter.

Each HOPE BOX includes 3-4 items of hope:

• A handwritten or printed message of encouragement on a letter in a bottle piece of paper

• Thoughtful self-care items

• Inspirational keepsakes like a “You Matter” wristband or token

• A symbolic item such as the HOPE MARBLE — to remind them they matter

• Support resources 

• Other HOPE items that are in stock 

We deliver these boxes at no cost to the recipient, thanks to donors like you. Your donation helps cover the cost of supplies, shipping, and printing so we can continue this important work.

**Our signature HOPE CARDS. These cards have an inspiring, encouraging poem on them, with a beautiful teal and purple suicide prevention bracelet on it.** Each Hope Bracelet is mailed in an envelope with a I MATTER ALERT CARD and U MATTER BUDDY CARD. To ship this cost 2 stamps and envelope.

• $10 fills a box with more personalized, comforting items
