Welcome to our fundraiser, "Youth Learning Life Skills and Literacy with Horses"!

All donations will support scholarships for youth in our life skills program and help launch our new Horse Powered Reading literacy initiative, designed to strengthen reading and math skills in a unique and engaging way.

Partnering with horses gives young people an opportunity to learn and grow outside of the traditional classroom. Our program leverages the natural qualities of horses to teach confidence, self-esteem, communication, connection, partnership, and problem-solving. These are essential tools for navigating today’s world and building a strong foundation for the future.

At Melody's Haven of Hope at Oregon Horsemanship, we are committed to providing every horse with a forever home filled with love and care. As we’ve grown, so has our mission. Through our riding and horsemanship programs, rescue and second-chance horses find renewed purpose while guiding youth toward personal growth and lifelong skills.
