💕 A Message from Savanna:

Heart health is very personal to me because my grandpa passed away from a heart attack when he was only 65. He was one of the hardest-working people I know and losing him is a big reason why heart health and prevention mean so much to me.
By becoming an All Heart. All Day. Champion, I hope to use my platform to raise awareness, support the work of the Iowa Heart Foundation, and help more people learn about resources that could make a difference in their lives. I’ve also started my service initiative, Beyond the Barrier Iowa with the goal of connecting Iowans with resources that are already available in our communities and bring more attention to health education, prevention, and other services that can make a difference.
