The objectives of the organization shall be to aim improvement of mind, body and personality of all people including young generations based on Christian spirit and to develop mind of the service and to contribute to peace of the world and realization of the welfare society.

(1) Operating YMCA Tozanso ( hereinafter referred to as Tozanso) to plan and carry out education, training for the young people and young people leaders. (2) Following projects to perform inside and outside the country Project of sound upbringing of youth and training young leaders Project of support for people in the difficult situation of suffering by disasters or people with difficulties. Project of support and promotion fund necessary for activities. Project of investigation and research about matter of sound upbringing of youth and collection, analysis and provision of information and data. (3) Project to promote and support public interest activities of Affiliated YMCAs. (4) Project to perform on consignment and trust by other corporations, groups, individuals sharing a purpose of the projects. (5) Project of selling goods except educational materials which contribute to young people upbringing in Tozanso. (6) Project of rental real estate etc. (7) Use and operating facility and building. ( Other projects necessary for achieving the purpose.
