UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, is a global organization dedicated to saving lives, protecting rights, and building a better future for people forced to flee their homes because of conflict and persecution. We lead international action to protect refugees, forcibly displaced communities, and stateless people.

Our mission is to aid and support children suffering from poverty, sickness, lack of education or who have experienced physical or moral violence, by offering them the opportunity and the hope of a new life. It is an independent, lay organisation and is also designated an ONLUS (Non-profit organisation of social value). The Foundation works around the world and is closest to the weakest and most neglected children offering them food, medicine, health care, education and programmes for social reintegration. We are a South African registered charity dedicated to encouraging disadvantaged individuals and communities to develop to their full potential in sport, education and health. We are committed to using sport as a tool to develop the disadvantaged and vulnerable youth. We do this by; 1. Using direct sports coaching - for its health benefits, improved emotional well being and increased life skills (teamwork, leadership, decision making, communication). 2. femLENS' mission is to visually educate and make technologically aware the most vulnerable and resourceless women of our society through documentary photography made accessible by mobile phone cameras and cheaper point and shoot cameras.

The Mission of ASA Initiative is to "Work with collaborative efforts to provide technological solution that will enable poor households have access to basic infrastructure to improve livelihood, increase food production and mitigate climate change through biochar technology; reduce deforestation; reduce indoor and outdoor air pollution and improve women and children health through provision of clean cook stoves and fuel and general households health improvements, and educational support to the needy and vulnerable within Ghana and the rest of Africa.

Our mission is to inspire girls to believe in themselves, to get an education, to reach their full potential and to let their voices be heard. However, in order for them to have the space to do this we cannot simply focus on them. We need to change the mindset of the entire society about their value within the community. We believe the communities have their own strengths and capabilities to make this change, they need to be empowered to believe it too.

The Youth Sport Trust is an independent charity devoted to building a brighter future for young people. We are passionate about helping all young people achieve their full potential by delivering high quality physical education (PE) and sport opportunities. Through 20 years of experience, we have developed a unique way of maximising the power of sport to grow young people, schools and communities. We believe in the power of sport to change young people's lives for the better. Our programmes focus on using sport as a vehicle to improve young people's: Wellbeing: Our work develops children's fundamental movement skills, equipping them with the confidence, competence and enjoyment of sport needed for a lifetime of activity, as well as good physical and emotional health. Leadership: Our work supports the personal development of young people and their progress at school, as well as preparing them for the challenges of life ahead. We support young people to develop a range of positive character qualities, such as: creativity, aspiration, resilience and empathy. Achievement: PE and sport delivered well is proven to impact positively on attainment and academic achievement. It can engage young people in learning and support the development of skills needed for success in the classroom, including: communication, teamwork and self-management.

Education for All Girls in the Slums in Ghana

ACE is a Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Organization based in Japan that address the issues of child labour around the world.There are 168 million children around the world who cannot receive an education and are in danger of injury or disease because of hazardous labour. We take action for the abolition and prevention of Child Labor with the citizens in Japan, and in our project areas. Our projects are in Japan, India, and Ghana. In recent years, Child labor is a great concern in the world. Kailash Satyarthi, who is the founder of the Global March Against Child Labor, which inspired the creation of ACE, received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014. "Sustainable Development Goals" adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015, targets an end to child labor by 2025. Since worldwide 60% of all child laborers work in agriculture, we focus on the Cocoa and Cotton industries. We operate not only through International cooperation activity, but also by collaborating with private corporations, and engaging in consumer education, to find solutions to the issue in Japan.
