FOPAC's vision is to develop a strong, dynamic of community-led development through smallholder farmer organizations capable of improving the socioeconomic living conditions of agricultural producers" with the objectives of: - Providing a framework for consultation, exchange of peasant experiences and capacity building of agricultural producer organizations; - Providing food assistance for the creation of productive, profitable assets for farmers' organizations; - Strengthening the production and processing capacities of agricultural products to increase the availability and access to food; - Defending the rights and interests of producer organizations' members of the federation; - Training women's farmers' organizations on good nutritional practices; - Implementing, in collaboration with the agricultural producers' organizations, strategies of security of land and sustainable agriculture; - Facilitating the socio-economic development of agricultural producer organisations; - Serving as the contact of all member producer organisations at all levels; - Enhancing the value of peasant agricultural producers - Improving the living conditions of all in rural environments, - Promoting peace, justice and equity based on gender and good governance.
