Women On Top is the most experienced NGO in Greece for the professional empowerment of women & for equality in the public sphere. Our vision is a world in which all women have equal opportunities to become what they can and what they want to be. Our mission is to eliminate the barriers that hinder women's equal participation in the workforce, both by empowering them as individuals and by creating gradual change in the social and professional ecosystem that surrounds them.
