Stop boys' violence against girls and violence in young people's partner relationships. Men's violence against women begins with boys' violence against girls. Therefore, special measures need to be taken to counteract violence in young people's partner relationships, including in cooperation with civil society actors. Support for young people who have been subjected to violence has to be further strengthened. Efforts must be directed at young men who exercise violence and control in their relationships so that they can stop the violence.
