Our Mission

Fundacion Integra helps people in social exclusion and people with disabilities to find a second chance through employment, having reached over 20,500 jobs for these vulnerable groups since its creation in 2001. The foundation works under the strong belief that work dignifies the person and that we all should have the right to equal employment opportunities. This is why we support vulnerable groups such as inmates and former inmates, former drug addicts, homeless people, women victims of gender violence, prostitution or human trafficking, and people with disabilities among others, to find a job that will change their lives.

To do so, Fundacion Integra leverages its network of partners, collaborating with over 300 social entities and 100 companies and carrying out labor intermediation to match companies' needs with our candidates' profiles. As part of the job search journey, Fundacion Integra offers its beneficiaries the opportunity to participate in a training program delivered by corporate volunteers from partner companies that share our mission. Thanks to this program, beneficiaries develop the soft and digital skills they need to have a successful job search, while we raise awareness among employees on the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion at the workplace and support companies to implement their sustainability strategies following ESG criteria.
