Animal Aid Unlimited

The mission of Animal Aid Unlimited is to bring relief to suffering animals. Although mandated to serve suffering animals anywhere in the world, our focus is Indian street animals--mainly cows, donkeys and dogs. AAU spends more than 99 percent of all donations on the rescue, treatment, hospitalization and sanctuary of street animals, and related humane education to sensitize the Indian community about the needs of animals both on the streets and those in commercial use, and how every person can protect them.

Wild Oceans

Our mission is to keep the oceans wild to preserve fishing opportunities for the future. To do this, we bring conservation-minded fishermen and pro-fishing environmentalists together to promote a broad, ecosystems approach to fisheries management that reflects our expanding circle of concern for all marine life and the future of fishing. Our programs emphasize conserving the ocean’s top predators – the big billfish, swordfish, tunas and sharks that are the lions, tigers and wolves of the sea – while preserving healthy ocean food webs and critical habitats essential to the survival of all fish, marine mammals and seabirds.

WILDAID CANADA SOCIETY

Founded in late 2008, WildAid Canada has been active building partnerships with business, educators and government. WildAid has been working to formally integrate trade issues into wildlife programs of government. PSAs have carried our message to hundreds of thousands of Canadians through the media and broadcasters. We have also introduced landmark wildlife legislation. For 2011, the organization will implement a program in partnership with Canada’s largest school board reaching over 100,000 Ontario students. We will work to enact comprehensive trade bans on shark fining at both the provincial and federal level. We will continue to solicit and grow our network of partners for PSA distribution.
