Bully Baby Rescue

BULLY BABY RESCUE's mission is to rescue homeless animals. Through our extensive network of transporters, rescues and fosters, we find loving forever homes for our animals. Once in our care all animals receive a veterinary exam and are spay/neutered, dewormed and vaccinated. We also protect and maintain several stray colonies providing food/water, shelter and basic health care such as flea/tick management and deworming. BULLY BABY RESCUE hopes to change the stigma surrounding homeless dogs and cats, encouraging empathy, care and adoption. These are not broken animals. Most animals suffer neglect and poor welfare due to human conditions such as; abandonment unnecessary litters, or inability to provide care.

GEORGIA STRAIT ALLIANCE

Togeher we can: reduce pollution in our waters; protect marine wildlife and its habitat; conserve wild salmon stocks; have a healthy economy and a healthy environment for generations to come.

Precious Purrs Feline Rescue

Our mission is to help cats and kittens who otherwise would be homeless and without love and care. There are many different focuses in rescue. We are focused on cats and kittens needing longer term socialization and more time and patience to blossom into confident cats who will thrive in a loving, furrever home. While this is our main focus, we are available to help in many varied situations. We also strive to help support the many wonderful people who feed and care for community cat colonies. These heroes are quite often the only lifeline for these cats. Providing education on why spay/neuter is so important to the health, happiness and well being of cats is a high priority. There are so many cats that are in shelters and need to be helped.

Great Lakes Rabbit Sanctuary

Founded in 1995 as PigHoppers, Great Lakes Rabbit Sanctuary reflects the need for safe homes for unwanted rabbits, who are often overlooked by shelters and humane societies. GLRS offers a permanent, safe, happy home to many of the animal residents who arrive here. Most healthy rabbits are adopted out to good homes. All mammals are spayed or neutered, health permitting, so as not to contribute to the overpopulation of these animals in our society. GLRS educates the public about the plight of these animals in our society, their needs and required care, through tours of the sanctuary, a newsletter, and public appearances. One of our goals is to prevent rabbits from ending up in a shelter or sanctuary by educating people who are considering acquiring one of these animals.

Colby's Crew Rescue

Colby's Crew Rescue (CCR) rescues horses with the least and most hope of survival, primarily from the horse slaughter pipeline. We spare horses with the least hope from the cruel and painful death that inevitably awaits them during transport to slaughter by ensuring a peaceful passing through veterinarian-administered compassionate euthanasia. We save horses with the most hope to medically treat, physically and psychologically rehabilitate, re/train, and place in forever homes appropriate for their long-term health and well-being, rideability, and potential. Our gates are also always open to surrendered, abandoned, neglected, and abused horses. Horses otherwise determined inappropriate for adoption are compassionately euthanized or find a lifelong haven at one of CCR’s sanctuaries.
