The SPCA of Luzerne County uplifts our community by providing compassion, comfort, and care to domestic companion animals through education, advocacy, protection and a shelter/adoption program.

We provide shelter and a healthy environment for our animals; we educate the public about animal welfare, we strive to reduce the animal overpopulation by providing spay/neuter services; we advocate for the humane treatment of animals in the community and we promote the adoption of animals into loving, responsible homes.

It is the mission of the Virginia Beach Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (VBSPCA) to create a more humane and responsible community by decreasing our tolerance for cruelty while increasing our capacity for compassion.

PROVIDING SHELTER FOR ANIMALS AND PROVIDING PUBLIC EDUCATION TO PREVENT ANIMAL ABUSE OR NEGLECT. PROVIDES SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC FOR ANIMAL CONTROL, ANIMAL ADOPTIONS, SPAY-NEUTER PROGRAMS AND TO ENABLE PROPER HANDLING OF DECEASED ANIMALS.

The BC SPCA is a provincial non-profit organization funded primarily by public donations. Our mission is to prevent cruelty and to promote the welfare of animals through a wide range of services, including cruelty investigations, emergency rescue and treatment, sheltering and adoption of homeless and abused animals, humane education, advocacy, farm animal welfare, spay/neuter programs, and wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. The mission of the Niagara County SPCA, Inc. is to prevent cruelty to all animals, to help educate the public on the humane treatment of animals and to provide love and care for those companion animals with whom we come in contact.We promote adoption and re-homing for abandoned and unwanted companion animals. We promote humane treatment of all living things and work within the law to respond to and investigate all complaints of cruelty and neglect.The Niagara County SPCA endeavors to eliminate cruelty and over-population. We support the principle that no person has the right to cause pain and suffering to any living creature.

Founded in Raleigh in 1967, the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,000 animals through its innovative adoption programs and lost and found efforts. The SPCA's mission is to protect, shelter and promote the adoption of homeless animals; to provide education about responsible pet ownership and to reduce pet overpopulation through spay/neuter programs. The SPCA of Wake County operates two animal shelters: the Curtis Dail Pet Adoption Center focuses on pet adoption and public education, and the Holding Center located in Garner. This facility is used to shelter animals waiting for space at the Curtis Dail Pet Adoption Center. The SPCA also operates the Saving Lives Spay/Neuter Clinic, providing low-cost surgeries to the general public. In July 2010, the SPCA became a no-kill agency working towards a no-kill community.

The Prince William SPCA was established in 2004 to benefit the animals of the greater Prince William County, Virginia, area. This all-volunteer organization is dedicated to protecting domestic animals from cruelty, neglect, and abandonment, and stopping the unnecessary overpopulation of companion animals. Our goal is to end the euthanasia of adoptable cats and dogs in Prince William County by promoting and supporting programs involving mutually beneficial relations between people and companion animals. The organization is run by an elected board of directors that oversee the operations. More than 200 volunteers are tasked with fundraising, program development, grant writing, marketing, membership coordination, community partnerships, special event planning and donor stewardship. The Santa Cruz SPCA is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals. Our organization, and the work that we do, is supported by individual contributions. We do not receive funding from HSUS, ASPCA, nor local, state or federal government entities. Our organization is not affiliated with any other SPCA or humane society.

Santa Barbara Humane is committed to helping animals and the people who love them. The organization operates two campuses located in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria providing care for both owned and homeless animals. Both campuses serve the public with low-cost, high quality veterinary care and affordable dog training; and a rehoming program for owners who can no longer care for their pets. Shelter animals receive medical care, shelter, and basic behavior training until their adoption.

Our Mission: The SPCA of the Triad is a non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused, neglected, unwanted, and homeless animals in our community. We are one of the only no-kill, limited-admission shelters in the Piedmont Triad. Our Vision: Our vision is a world where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness.
