Precious Paws Rescue

We are dedicated to saving the lives of stray cats and kittens and finding them their forever homes. Our organization's focus is on female cats who are having litters of kittens outside, adding to the stray cat population. We take in the nursing mother cat with her kittens or motherless litters of kittens. We socialize them in our shelter or foster homes until they are old enough to be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and deemed healthy and ready to find a permanent home. We strive to do this better than a large organization by limiting our intake to numbers we can properly accommodate.

CANADIAN ANIMAL ASSISTANCE TEAM (CAAT)

CAAT organizes Animal Health Care Projects right in the community providing sterilization and vaccination services for low-income families. The goal is to reduce the population growth, reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats and improve the general welfare of the resident animals. We also provide humane education to work toward long-term changes within the community. It is difficult to imagine having no access to veterinary care but there are countless communities in Canada (and internationally) where this is a reality. These communities, where veterinary care is inaccessible, either geographically or financially, are where the Canadian Animal Assistance Team (CAAT) goes.

Tnr North Platte

The Mission of TNR NORTH PLATTE, Nebraska is to help reduce the population of homeless community cats through Trap-Neuter-Return in North Platte. We provide for the well-being of these cats by arranging wellness checks, rabies shots, parasite treatment, and addressing other health concerns at the time of spay/neuter. We also provide colony care to include food, water and ongoing medical care to cats that otherwise have no caretakers. We educate the community about the benefits of caring for community cats and spay/neuter. And finally, we socialize kittens and evaluate stray cats that are discovered in the TNR process for placement in a foster or permanent home.
