At West Suburban Humane Society, our mission is to work towards the day when all dogs and cats are loved and cared for and pet owners have access to essential resources so they may enjoy a fulfilling relationship with their pets. By working together, we can change the lives of the dogs and cats that have forever changed us.

Talbot Humane has been helping animals in Talbot County, Maryland, since 1932. For over 80 years our goals have been: To rescue animals from neglect; To place companion animals into loving homes; To reunite lost pets with their owners; and To reduce pet overpopulation through aggressive spay and neuter programs.

The Sullivan County Humane Society is a community engaged nonprofit committed to improving the quality of life for animals within our county and to putting an end to animal overpopulation, abandonment, and neglect. Through top-notch loving care, we offer our animals the best chance for a fresh start. Through responsible adoptions, we will find homeless animals new forever homes. Through humane education and outreach, we will promote responsible ownership. Through low-cost spay/neuter programs aimed at both owned pets and free-roaming cats, we will limit the number of litters born in our county and therefore decrease the numbers surrendered to the shelter. Through programs for low-income pet owners, we will help pets remain and thrive in their forever homes

The Huntington County Humane Society exists to provide effective means to evaluate, coordinate, and implement programs to improve the quality of life for the homeless animals of Huntington County by educating the general public as to proper animal care; working with interested citizens, government officials and law enforcement in areas of need; and taking whatever action is appropriate to correct animal abuse.

The Rogue Valley Humane Society provides compassionate care for stray, unwanted, displaced, and abandoned animals and works toward ending pet overpopulation so that there will be no more homeless pets. We are committed to placing every young, old, adoptable animal in a loving lifetime home, teaching responsible pet guardianship, and maintaining community spay-neuter programs.

The Humane Society of Rowan County is a non-profit volunteer animal welfare organization and IS NOT affiliated with Rowan County Animal Control. All calls involving animals attacks and/or stray animals should contact Rowan Animal Services aka Rowan Animal Control & Shelter at 704-216-7768. After hours calls should be made to 911.

Our mission is to: Provide shelter, safety and food for the orphaned and abused animals of Washington County with the goal of placing them in loving homes. Provide public education about the humane care and treatment of animals. Provide affordable veterinary outpatient services including spaying or neutering. Investigate and resolve abuse cases in the best interests of the animal and community.

End animal cruelty and suffering through sheltering, education, spaying, and assisting people with veterinary care for their animals, thereby reducing the numbers of homeless animals. Programs directed at helping animals and humans. The HSAC operates low/no cost spay clinics both stationary and, in the past mobile. HSAC has served to teach other organizations to run spay clinics.

The Humane Society of Western Montana builds opportunities for pets and people to thrive. In support of this mission, we: Help pets stay in their homes by providing accessible and affordable programs; Provide physical, emotional and medical care for the animals in our shelter; Match people with pets to enrich each others’ lives; Advocate on issues affecting the welfare of companion animals across the state.

The Blount County Humane Society is a grass roots, citizen based, nonprofit 501(c)3 “Animal Protection Organization” in the truest and longest traditions of the movement. We believe that animal protection stands for the preservation of animal life, not the ending of it. Our goal is to make Blount County a no kill community by building a safe shelter that saves our dogs and cats by following the no kill philosophy.

Central Dakota Humane Society operates a shelter and adoption center serving the Bismarck‑Mandan and central North Dakota area; they rescue, care for, rehabilitate, and rehome lost, stray, abused, and injured companion animals, and run community programs (spay/neuter assistance, pet food support, senior adoption discounts) to improve animal welfare and help people keep pets.

The Humane Society for Greater Savannah envisions a community that understands, values and promotes the ways in which pets enrich our lives. Its mission is to better the lives of pets and people. The organization offers a range of programs/services, including: dog and cat adoptions, pet surrender services, low-cost spay/neuter, vaccine clinics, Nuzzle Buddies, Foster Program and a Volunteer Program.
