Scruffy Tails Humane Society, formerly Humane Society of Polk County in Crookston, MN was founded as a 501c(3) in January 1982 by passionate animal advocates, with the desire to help the animals in their community. Over the past 40 years this shelter has worked hard to help animals that have come into our care by reuniting lost pets with their owners and finding a forever home for pets deserving of a loving environment and a safe place to call home.
