The Institute for Bird Populations is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation founded in 1989 to study the causes of bird population declines. IBP's first major initiative was the Monitoring Avian Productivity and Survivorship (MAPS) program, a continent-wide collaborative network of bird banding stations.

For The Love Of Alex Inc funds non-routine veterinary care for financially needy families within the United States. They do this by evaluating cases and working directly with veterinarians. They also work with the top veterinary schools in the country to ensure the highest quality of care for the cases they take on.

The mission of the Lloyd Center is to instill a life-long respect and affection for nature in citizens of all ages through research and education; to advance a scientific and public understanding of our coastal ecosystems and the need to protect them; and to promote a legacy of natural diversity largely in, but not restricted to, the coastal environments of southeastern New England.

Just Us For The Animals runs low‑cost spay/neuter clinics and promotes TNR (trap‑neuter‑return) education to reduce pet overpopulation, while also fostering, providing vet care, and placing cats and dogs through rescues or direct adoption.

Leader Dogs for the Blind breeds and trains dogs (and future owners) to assist the blind. Our mission is empowering people who are blind or visually impaired with lifelong skills for safe and independent daily travel. Founded in 2001, Orange County Animal Rescue Coalition (OCARC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit which functions exclusively for charitable purposes. OCARC is 100% volunteer driven and organized specifically to promote humane treatment and quality of life for all animals, rescue animals in need, reduce overpopulation, and provide adoption services. OCARC is deeply committed to ending the pet overpopulation crisis. We aim to forever end the vast disparity between homeless cats and adoptive homes. We spay and neuter every single cat we put up for adoption – and always will.

Heart of Idaho Animal Sanctuary rescues and rehabilitates abandoned, neglected, and abused animals in Custer County (dogs and cats, with plans for other species). They work to find permanent homes or, when appropriate, provide permanent residence, while also advocating for humane treatment, population control (spay/neuter), and community education.

Cold Nose Warm Heart Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) rescue that saves homeless and abandoned dogs (and some cats) from high‑kill shelters, provides foster care and veterinary care, and works to place animals in well‑matched, screened forever homes while educating adopters about responsible pet ownership.
