Bella/SPCA provides donated or discounted veterinary care and runs a low-cost non-profit veterinary clinic to help low-income, elderly, or terminally ill pet owners pay for veterinary services. The organization raises funds and operates a Veterinary Assistance program and a non-profit clinic so pets receive care regardless of owners’ ability to pay.

The Odd Cat Sanctuary is a nonprofit 501c (3) organization approved MA charity. Our mission with the Odd Cats of New England is simple, yet complex – our foundation regards the Odd Cats in every sense, be it a medical illness, a behavioral issue, abandoned, abused, neglected, feral, semi-feral, death row inmates, or physically challenged. While our cats cannot speak for themselves we have committed our time and effort to champion their cause. Cats have a magnificent presence that deserves to be defended through love, medical care, and affection in the fostering role first; and then with adoption options and placement in their forever home. We have developed the process toward adoption that supports our mission. Our adoption procedure is a three step method that nurtures a successful placement. Additionally, our rescue seeks to decrease the overpopulation in New England that is desperately challenged, this challenge to the overpopulation is where the Odd Cat thrives. We are entirely foster based, volunteer driven, and completely reliant on donations, contributions, and fund raising. Community support is our foundation.

Dogs for Better Lives (formerly Dogs for the Deaf) is a national award-winning 501(c)3 nonprofit organization rescuing, professionally training, and providing Assistance Dogs since 1977. We have three Assistance Dog programs: Hearing Assistance Dogs placed nationally, Facility Assistance Dogs placed nationally, and Autism Assistance Dogs placed in Oregon, Washington, and California. Donations assist the organization in numerous ways, including: rescuing dogs all across the western United States, veterinarian expenses, professional training, placement with clients, and follow-ups during the lifetime of the dog. There is no charge to the client for one of our dogs.

Canine Partners of the Rockies' mission is to positively impact the lives of Colorado residents with disabilities by placing highly skilled service dogs with individuals who have mobility limiting conditions and facility dogs with professionals who provide therapeutic services to people with disabilities. CaPR also is dedicated to educating the public about the role assistance dogs play in the lives of people with disabilities.

The Brittany Foundation Animal Sanctuary was founded in 1994 to rescue, rehabilitate, care for and find homes for homeless dogs, including dogs from animal shelters, puppy mills, strays, and victims of foreclosures and hospice situations. Dogs remain at the Sanctuary until they find a home, no matter how long it takes.

The Kindness Ranch provides a sanctuary and rehabilitation for animals previously used in laboratory research, caring for a wide variety of species and working to rehabilitate and, when possible, place animals into loving homes; animals that cannot be rehomed remain at the ranch to live out their days with ongoing care.

Leader Dogs for the Blind breeds and trains dogs (and future owners) to assist the blind.
