The NOAH Center works to end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable, and treatable dogs and cats in Washington state by operating a family‑friendly adoption program, running a high-quality low‑cost spay/neuter clinic for low‑income residents, and providing humane education, transfer partnerships, and volunteer programs.
