Our mission is to protect and preserve the African elephant.Through habitat protection, community outreach, and the rescue and hand-rearing of young elephant orphans, Elephant Havens aims to become a leading voice in wildlife conservation awareness and wildlife protection. We envision a world in which African elephants and local communities co-exist without conflict, and where young elephant orphans are saved and reintroduced into the wild.

WildCare advocates for wildlife for a sustainable world, and leads the way in showing people how to live well with wildlife through a complete cycle respectful, practical and humane programs in wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education. Working in the fluctuating boundaries between humans and wildlife, WildCare assists with our Wildlife Solutions service and our Living with Wildlife Hotline -- 415.456.SAVE -- as well as dozens of different programs in nature education and wildlife rehabilitation.

They are dedicated to helping fund new beehives, teaching Children about the importance of agriculture and bees as well as funding further research into what is causing the extinction of bees.

To make a difference in our community by rescuing stray, homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs, from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer provide care for them. To educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. To work with committed volunteers, fosters homes and local veterinarians, to achieve our goal of saving lives. To ensure that each pet is adopted into a secure, loving home where they are treated as valued family members.

Utah's Hogle Zoo has a rich, 100 year history. Guests come to appreciate and understand the animal kingdom - Nurturing respect for nature. It all began with an Asian elephant named Princess Alice.  100 years later, Utah's Hogle Zoo boasts over 800 animals - including three African elephants, Amur tigers and a polar bear. Beyond being a wonderful outing for families (the Zoo is one of the top paid-for attractions in the state), Hogle Zoo strives to offer educational opportunities through interactive exhibits and hands-on learning. Hogle Zoo is also committed to conservation and fostering a love of the animal kingdom and its environment. Just as you've likely discovered, trying to feed your own family, it can get expensive! And our Hogle Zoo family has plenty of big eaters! GIVE THE GIFT OF GRUB!! Help us with our grocery list. Barn Sanctuary is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused and neglected farmed animals by creating a safe haven where these individuals can recover, thrive, and serve as an example for why we strive to lead society towards a plant-based lifestyle. We greatly appreciate that Animal Planet has given us the opportunity to be featured in Saved by the Barn but we do not receive any compensation from the network. We rely completely on donations from individuals and foundations to support our work. Barn Sanctuary is a Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS) verified animal care sanctuary.

The Yellowstone Park Foundation works in cooperation with the National Park Service to fund projects and programs that protect, preserve, and enhance the natural and cultural resources and the visitor experience of Yellowstone National Park. YPF's Tomorrow’s Stewards Funding Initiative supports projects to enhance the park’s youth education programs and to promote the understanding, appreciation, and stewardship of Yellowstone among the next generation.

Our mission is to build awareness and implement effective systems such that habitats and animals are protected. At International Animal Rescue we not only save animals from suffering, we also rehabilitate and release them back into the wild and work to protect their precious natural habitats. Our aim is to return animals to their natural environment wherever possible, but we also provide a permanent home for those that can no longer fend for themselves. As human populations expand, wildlife comes under increasing threat. By rescuing individual animals belonging to species like the orangutan and reintroducing them into protected areas in the wild, our work also plays a role in the conservation of the species as a whole.

The NC Zoological Society is a private, 501(c)3, non-profit organization that supports the conservation, education, research and recreation missions of the North Carolina Zoo. The NC Zoo Society funds Zoo programs that conserve wildlife, protect wild environments, conduct research and provide recreational experiences that strengthen the bonds between people and wildlife. The Society also funds Zoo programs that protect the well-being of animals that live in zoos or in the wild.

The TRCP works to guarantee all Americans quality places to hunt and fish by uniting and amplifying partners’ voices to protect and restore habitat, expand access, and advance conservation funding and policy.

The mission of the Wolf Conservation Center is to advance the survival of wolves by inspiring a global community through education, advocacy, research, and recovery We are driven by our values of respect, community, and passion. We bring people together, we nurture, we educate, we aid, we protect, we organize, and we defend. We are always stronger together. Passion - We have a passion for wolves, for the landscapes we share, and for the work of protecting them. Our passion drives us to learn, see the big picture, and be diligent and tenacious in the long-term work of saving wolves.

Grand Canyon Wildlands Council, founded in 1996, is a group of scientists, outdoor enthusiasts, and ardent conservationists working toward creative, science-based solutions to the threats facing the natural systems and wildlife of the Grand Canyon ecoregion. The mission of Grand Canyon Wildlands is to create and apply a dynamic wildlands network that ensures the existence, health, and sustainability of all native species and natural ecosystems in the Grand Canyon and the lands that surround it. To this end, Grand Canyon Wildlands uses hands-on scientific research to inform the management of the region's wildands, wildlife and waters. For example, we are working to identify important habitats like springs and old growth forests that need protection. In addition to "saving the pieces," we are working to heal the region's ecological wounds by restoring native vegetation and returning species that have been extripated like the wolf and the river otter.
